As of early September, students may experience the following behavior when submitting assignments via the HealthSmart LTI:
Upon submitting the assignment, the student is redirected to a broken link with the error message “Whoops...looks like nothing is here!“
The submission is still received by the teacher and this does not impact grading.
The issue is currently under investigation as a post-submission error. For the moment, students can disregard the error and continue submitting these assignments as usual.
