If you run into the below issues when trying to post a comment in Speedgrader, please try disabling all of your Chrome extensions and then test them by turning them back on one by one. You can try leaving a Speedgrader comment after each one is turned back on.
- Click the puzzle piece icon just to the left of your Chrome profile icon in the top right > Manage Extensions
(Scribe and GPTZero have both been known to cause issues with SpeedGrader comments.)
Known Issues:
- When you post a comment in SpeedGrader, Canvas automatically leaves a blank draft box open right after. Because Canvas thinks you have unsaved changes, it won't let you move to the next student until you clear or save that empty box.
- After submitting a comment in SpeedGrader, Canvas shows this message when switching students:
