Where do students find their credentials?
Each student's ORCA email address and password will be sent to the parent/guardian email address on file at the start of each school year, or when they are first enrolled in Oregon Charter Academy. This password will stay the same each year unless it is manually changed by a student. Additionally, the same email address and password used to log in to a student chromebook can also be used to log in to your student account on any device.
I can't find the email with my student's credentials:
If you cannot find your student's email address or password, please double check your spam folder on the parent/guardian email address on file for your student for a message from "noreply@oregoncharter.org" with your student's credentials. Additionally, if you just completed the enrollment process for your student, it may take up to two days to receive your credentials.
If you still cannot find the email with your student's credentials, please write an email to helpdesk@oregoncharter.org with your student's name, and we can re-send your student's credentials.
