What is the PowerSchool Student and Parent Portal?

The PowerSchool Student and Parent portal gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades and class schedules. Transcripts or report cards can also be accessed and printed through PowerSchool.

How to log in:

1. Go to the PowerSchool login page: orca.powerschool.com
2. Parents and Student can login by entering their PowerSchool username and password:
   1. A Student's PowerSchool username will be the first part of their ORCA email address (everything before the @student.oregoncharter.org).  Their password will be the same password used to log into their email/Chromebook with the first letter capitalized, and an exclamation point added to the end. For example, if your Canvas password is "bluefield39" your Powerschool password would be "Bluefield39!" 
   2. Parents and/or guardians will receive an email from ORCA with info on how to log in.  The email will include an Access ID and password used to create a PowerSchool account.  Parents will set a username and password to use moving forward when they create their account.
   3. If you are a parent, and did not receive your Access ID and password from ORCA, please check your email and search for an email from ORCA. If you are unable to find it, reach out to helpdesk@oregoncharter.org for assistance.

How to use the mobile app:

1. Download the iOS or Android app.
2. Find your district code by logging into the web portal.  (See the quick start guide for details).
   1. Alternatively, the district code can be found by selecting "Where's My District Code?" in the app, and following these steps:
   2. Tap "Search for Your District" at the bottom of the screen
   3. Enter your school’s URL into the third box (orca.powerschool.com)
   4. Tap Submit
3. Once you have entered your district code, enter your username and password, and log in.
