Update:
The issue has been identified by Zoom and currently users are no longer experiencing the issue in LTI Pro.
What's happening?
Users are consistently experiencing errors when accessing LTI Pro from a Canvas course. This may occur after being prompted to re-authorize the user's token for the Zoom LTI unnecessarily.
This is likely due to a reported LTI integration and/or webhooks issue affecting the Zoom platform at this time.
What should users do?
Teachers can access the Zoom client or website to access all of the tools they would use in LTI Pro. They could also monitor the Zoom incident page to determine when the issue is resolved.
Students would need the Zoom Meeting URL in order to join classes due to not having the same access in a client or the Zoom website. In this case, students joining via URL would need to be manually entered in Canvas Attendance Book by their teacher.
