If you see the following error in Zoom and are unable to allow your microphone and camera, try the following steps in this article.
- Click the microphone icon in the upper right corner of the Chrome window.
- Select "Always allow https://app.zoom.us to access your microphone" and click "Done."
- If your camera is blocked as well, you should see a camera icon in the upper right corner of the window. Click it to unblock your camera.
- Select "Always allow https://app.zoom.us to access your camera and microphone" and click "Done."
- Finally, press both "Ctrl" + "R" to refresh the window and apply the settings.
