Are you in the middle of taking a quiz in Canvas and there is a question that is obviously missing content, or context? This is a rare occurrence, but happens when a teacher edits a quiz after it has been published.
Here is an example of what you may see:

Obviously there is a second half of this question missing! Without the proper info this question is not answerable. The solution at this point is to make your best guess and submit the quiz. Directly after submission you should reach out to the teacher of the course in Canvas to let them know that the exact question on this quiz has issues.
If the quiz allows for multiple submissions, wait until the teacher fixes the quiz to attempt your second submission. If the quiz does not allow for a second submissions, make sure to ask the teacher to add another attempt for you if necessary.
